Description:
SUS444 (00Cr18Mo2) is a ferritic stainless steel with ultra-low carbon nitrogen content, 18% chromium and 2% molybdenum content, and high corrosion resistance. 444 steel belongs to high alloy ferritic stainless steel, and compared with commonly used steel SUS430: 1 The chromium content is about 1.0% higher, and the alloy element molybdenum (Mo) is added. Therefore, this steel has good resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion, and its corrosion resistance is even better than SUS304 and SUS316 in some fields. 2. The addition of stabilizing elements such as titanium (Ti), niobium (Nb), and zirconium (Zr) results in excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion and high-temperature oxidation.
